A former student, Aristarch, writes a complaint to the President, leading to the removal of the Governor. In retaliation, Aristarch is infected with HIV by his supporters, and local residents are hired to burn down his private home at night, resulting in the death of Aristarch's parents and 12-year-old sister, leaving him as the sole survivor.
